Return Policy:
All sales are final. If you experience a problem with your order, please use the contact tab and a representative will get back to you asap.
Damaged/lost/stolen items:
Each item is carefully made by hand and should be treated delicately, but if your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. It is not our responsibility if a product is lost or stolen, but if that is the case, we will put you on the priority list for the next drop.
Shipping and Delivery:
Shipping is currently only available in the United States. We are a small company and are working hard to ship out your orders as soon as possible. You will receive an email with tracking information once the order is shipped out. After an order is shipped, the address of destination cannot be changed. If the package is lost or stolen, we are not liable, please contact the mail carrier.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax is charged and dependent on shipping location.
Copyright and Trademark:
Fancy Teddy is protected from copyright laws and therefore it is prohibited to be copied or reproduced. Each item comes with a certificate of authenticity as well as a special ID number.
Additional Information:
Materials of products vary per drop. All products are made with organic premium materials with sustainability in mind. (Although we are not always perfect- we try to be as mindful as possible) Each Fancy Teddy is hand stuffed with organic Kapok stuffing. Each Fancy Teddy contains 3 unique healing crystals and each "mini" Fancy Teddy contains 2 unique healing crystals. Please handle with care.
Fancy Teddy is a collectible art toy and therefore not always suitable for children and pets, please handle with caution.
All product packaging is 100% recyclable and shipping packaging is made of the worlds most sustainable and biodegradable materials.
Please do not put Fancy Teddy in a washer/dryer machine and spot clean only if necessary.
